Thinking.Part 1 - Poem by Benae Ritter

Silently thinking about the life I should be living
There has got to be more than this hectic life is giving
The smallest little things seem to make my whole day seem wrong
When I should have been trying to exercise some faith all along
But there is always someone who has to have a say so in everything
And don't even understand the level of pain they bring
So I'm forced to fight against, rise up to the occasion
My heart is made up so my mind needs no persuasion
Simply put I really don't know why my life is this way
Maybe there's another plan, another place, another hope, another way
