Oh, how people post
their happy faces

happy families, healthy
bodies, promising careers,

everything good is on
Facebook

and you begin to
fear about your own health
your own life
and your worsening
condition
your fading career

oh, know the truth
they're struggling too

to keep up with lies
you can just surmise.
