I remember a time and 'use' to believe,
All people were totally honest.
And would not entertain the thought to deceive.
No one I knew disrespected consciously.
But today a lack of thoughtfulness,
With this first expressed to address...
Is a forgotten act of a natural nornalcy.

Go right ahead.

'Just how old are you?
I've heard my grandparents say the 'same' thing.
You CAN'T be THAT old!
I want to take a 'selfie' with you standing next to me.
And would you repeat what you said?
I want to record it for my history class.
I can't believe people like you are still around.
