This Is The Moment - Poem by Peter S. Quinn

This is the moment
Of perfection, and peace,
A moment of silence
From wind of the trees;
We have our affection
Of sweet, and you know...
The feeling and direction
That inside must grow,
Your glistening eyes
Like a faraway star,
The love, that defies,
What feelings really are.
This is a moment
When touch, means so much,
And your softened skin,
Tender in tone, like violin
Oh darling, oh you
Everything, what you do,
I shall love without sin,
For it's innocent and true.
