This year I look at the new sun
And keep my life flowing as a stream
I target the high peak of Himalayas
This year I will go on fulfilling my dream

This year I wake up to a new day
And my mind will be free like a bird
I will touch the sky with the wind
In the far land my song of love will be heard

This year I will pray to the heaven
My heart will be filled with peace
My hand will serve the poor and hungry
Time will keep my name immortal that is my wish
