Those Lonely People Poem by Unica Hija

Those Lonely People

Rating: 5.0

Crossing the road after a red light
I saw those lonely people in sight
Stood still as I passed by
And their faces sank I wondered why.

What could bring back their smiles again?
I looked back and felt their pain,
I breathe a while and then sighed I
Walked fast and looked up to the sky
I bumped into a tree not so tall
The last thing I heared they call,
with smiling faces as I begin to fall.e

What a lovely poem. Full of empathy tinge with humor. Beautifully crafted with great rhyme. Loved reading it.
