Three Barreled Name Poem by Mervyn Graham

Three Barreled Name

In a town not far, but not quite near,
Lived a lad with a name that brought cheer.
For his name wasn't simple, it wasn't plain,
It was a triple-decker, a name to sustain.

Jackson-Triggs-Graham, oh what a delight!
Three barrels of name, oh what a sight!
Each barrel held stories, adventures untold,
In every syllable, a tale to behold.

Jackson was brave, with a heart made of gold,
Triggs brought the laughter, never growing old.
And Graham, oh Graham, the thinker, the sage,
With wisdom beyond, way past his age.

Together they danced through life's grand parade,
With a name so unique, they never once strayed.
For when Jackson was weary, Triggs lent him might,
And Graham, with his counsel, guided them right.

So if you wish for a name that stands tall,
A name that's a legend, a name for all,
Think of Jackson-Triggs-Graham, the trio so grand,
And his three-barreled name, with a heart so noble.
