A good country is the one where there are citizens,
combination of the presence of the following persons
who help the ruler, towards the welfare of the country;

The people who harvest adequate produce perpetually
through consistent and untiring field work of agriculture,
able to offer enough produce and food for countrymen;

The people who are virtuous, deserving and honest,
Interested in the welfare of the country, without personal motive,
able to offer better advice and guidance to the ruler;

The wealthy merchants who have inexhaustible wealth
Earned through the earnest methods of business,
Able to offer sufficient tax and wealth to the treasury!
