Through hell

I passed through hell
But still, tell
The life is not difficult
But the strength is inbuilt

You may witness ups and down
But will not go down of his own
He will offer strong will
And definitely feel

Many friends deceive
But I behave
In a positive manner
With no expression of an anger

I think it can be called
And dispelled
With one word
"Don't look back but go forward"

People have tried with their self-interest
Even though I could judge then best
They were not stopping their drive
But each time I survived

The time taught me some lessons
I had very good reasons too
I must change self and stand on guard
Without offering excuses or words
