The sands of time kept running
The clock kept ticking
And i couldn't stop its movement
But to move along with time
To run along with it
For time is an unstoppable phenomenon
I've closed my eyes from seeing it move
I've closed my ears from hearing it tick
I've moved away from it to forget it existed
But it never stopped it from moving
It never stopped it from running
It was then i realised
I've got to move with time
For life's too short
