Time Disappearing Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Time Disappearing

Yesterday looming in the background, teary-eyed, seeing
memories of the past that once held so much love, caring
and promise.

Now only being seen in an aging mind, wondering where the
time has gone and how it disappeared when looking away for
just moments in time.

Intellect safe-guarding them all in a photographic mind
here in the present, knowing the future has gotten so much
shorter these days.

Wondering what will happen in the coming days being spent
on this last sunsetical shore and horizon here in this
temporary world.
