time passes
cherub child
youth ages
time passes
the innocence
of adored served
waited upon
carefree limited
expectations
childhood
shifts
into increasing
teenage
adulthood demands
responsibilities;
if the world valued
qualities true blue
of virtue, character,
a good heart
more and essential
qualifications
less,
perhaps
talents
abilities
of all lives
would
be protected
developed
integrated
into time
more harmonious
societies;
book skills
life skills
differences
people wage slaves
regimented cogs
in industrial machines
wearing brand clothes
working cloned jobs
stamp requirement skills
no thought given
to developing innate
individual abilities
unique inherent talents
which might have blessed
enriched culture societies;
with real lost skills
innate never discovered
developed realized
better lived lives
happier healthier workers
better insink societies
profit greed tuned systems
attack worker disposal incomes
selling bean counter woes
insatiable greed unsated
thirst terrible never quenched
greed pitch fever undiluted
cherub child destinies
born gold spoon silver spoon plastic spoon
no spoon opportunities
souls born poor can live enlightened lives
souls born rich can live despot greed slaves
wisdom define a recipe for happy souls
