Time To Leave Poem by Unnikrishnan Sivasankara Menon

Time To Leave

Rating: 5.0

‘Isn't it time for me to leave? '
someone asks me from inside,
‘the choice is not mine',
I'd answer the voice inside.

But if you ask my choice,
‘the sun is leaning west,
the best time has come'
I would not hesitate.

This is wonderful and optimistic, embracing life and respecting the natural cycle of things coming and going, through embracing its end. Thank you for for sharing 5/5: -)

ADDITION: I cannot tell whether the time has come or not, according to my belief, it is God who decides. This poem lets behind a great personal question. Rereading this precious poem is most important.
