Exceedingly thankful
that I came to see
a love so beautiful
you have given me.

it will transcend
eternity has no time-
and no abstract end
will cut short what's mine.

It will live far beyond
the finite sleep of death
mocking light and sound
soar the galaxies yet.

from the stars embrace
you eternally
where no days can trace
limit what we can be.

so you must remember
and serenely rest
our love lasts forever
that thought is best!
