Tinkering With Mood And Meaning
While we with mood and meaning tinker
we strike a post like Rodin’s “Thinker”,
and hope. if nothing goes amiss,
that we will end up like his “Kiss”.
Inspired by a report by John Pareles in the NYT, October 11,2008, stating that Bob Dylan’s latest album provided “fascinating glimpses of hopw restlessly he tunkers with mood and meaning”.
