Tiny Jewels Poem by Heather Burns

Tiny Jewels

Green has left the valley,
Pools silent and still.
Fountains stopped flowing,
Remaining unfulfilled,

Refrains of sadness, in
the evening.
Shadows stealing into
night,
Lonliness is silenced,
By tiny jewels of light.
