A tiny little seed you are
From where has found you there
Must this wonder take you home
To plant with ever care

Maybe in this magic seed
A flower, or a tree
Somehow, with time shall find you out
I'll plant you, wait, and see

Oh little seed asleep, you lay
There in the best of what you need
A growing sprout in time must wait
Whatever will you be

To that place you are my friend
I see a little tree
When I plant you in the yard
You'll grow and grow for me

As time makes us what we are
You, a giant tree
Someday my children will play with you
In a tire swing
