Tired Of The City Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Tired Of The City

Riding into the sunrise on my favorite horse,
a stallion, black as ebony nights in the
desert.

Holding on to the reins, galloping faster into
the mountains, wanting to just get away and be
alone with nature.

Tired of living in the city, no respite ever in
sight.
