To Be An Orphan - Poem by Rm.Shanmugam Chettiar.

Having been my mistress, a companion,
And a loyal servant, my wife’s now my nurse.
Before she tires out or before she exits
I must die, fearing to be an orphan.

Really very nice and rich in imagery. Terse yet deep and thought provoking. I liked it. (Report) Reply
