To Hope Poem by Muzahidul Reza

To Hope

Rating: 5.0

O, hope! Unseen hope!
Breaking hope!
Hopeless hope!
Let us hope
As we have only vices
Let us hope for virtues;

Yesterday they got virtues
Thought well as virtuous
Invented machines as developers
There were no chaos and wars
Sat together in green locality
As neighbors;

Today we have only vices
Think ill as harmers
Invent weapons as destroyers
Wars and chaos are everywhere
Sit far in smoky city
As enemy forever;

O, hope! Unseen hope!
Without you
We have lost much and many
We have got spoilt
Now, you be seen
Save us from ruins.

We must hope virtues instead of vices. Let's hope so. This has been fantastically articulated. Thanks for sharing.
