Marriage is a structure that captivates what was, but fell into slumber due to lack of vigour,
It is that someone that you obligate to, the one you choose for the purpose that you feel, the serenity of their being

It is the honesty, sincerity, respect,
The fissure that no air can seal, it is the awe that the breath exhales when the ONE embraces the presence

The thoughts you share
The sentences you complete
The joy that laughter conveys

It is not the physique
It is not appearance
It is not the material possession

But the sentiment of warmth
Beyond what is visible

When all is gone
Marriage brings forth fulfilment of
I still have you and only you
