To Philosophy - Poem by Amy Marie

You tangle and toss my thoughts -
Like yarn - in the moon-streaked night.
Never would you dare let me
Turn off that mind of mine.

Like a light switch -
I try to turn off
My mind at night.
But you just flip it back
On and smirk.
Why?

Love Always -
Amy
