Tonight Before Tomorrow
I'd like to think tonight is different
But I love you just the same
Find I'm humming all the old songs
To your pictures in my frames
How has time slipped through my fingers
While my pen still writes your name
I'd like to think tonight is different
And with me you'd still remain
So many of your poems are sweet and thoughtful and flowing and and sadly romantic. I enjoy reading them, but I usually need a nice warm hug afterwards.
