Too Few Alerted To The Severity That Exists Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Too Few Alerted To The Severity That Exists

Whose misfortune is being commonly shared?
Behind a pomp and circumstance,
Without self examination being there.
But in delusions spared.

Whose rights are being protected?
And whose has disappeared?

Too many hands on deck are debating this.
With too few alerted to the severity that exists!
It seems as if a seeking of victory persists.
And no one is aware of who among them cares.
