Tossed And Trashed Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Tossed And Trashed

Too much time had been spent,
In disqualifying the achievements...
Of those who had been ready,
To expose their loyalty and dedication.
Now that the years have decayed the spark...
The one so brightly shown then with enlightenment.
And humbled by the experience,
Invitations are sent to the ones outcast.
To be tossed and trashed.
As they remembered being.
