Tragedy Of Terrorism Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Through these past ten or so years, having terrorism
hit our country by individuals who thought they were
important.

Yet, they never did matter in the scheme of things,
being only figments of their imagination, thinking
themselves to be better than anyone.

Having demented ideas that were mentally deranged,
selfish and self-centered, wanting fame, control,
yet only being angry,

Either because of something that happened or didn't,
sending them into a rage that caused them to kill
innocent people.

A tragedy of huge proportions because of an indivi-
dual not satisfied with life, out to get what they
wanted no matter what.
