Saturday morning, a softly wavy sea
So much of beauty, it simply invited me
Soon I was afloat in nature's trance
My whole body moved on the wavy cadence

I merged in the unfathomable oneness of all
My mind, body and heart became only soul
Connected to the immeasurable width of the sea
Even the colours of the sky above, were part of me.

I closed my eyes and felt immensely free
Only aware of peace, love and beauty.
The miracle of life experienced in the sea,
Forever, a most precious part of my memory.
