Transitory Indelible Date Stamps Or Flesh Brands Poem by Terence George Craddock

Transitory Indelible Date Stamps Or Flesh Brands

so much which touches our lives
in ephemeral moments is transitory
impressions may be indelible or

stamp cast clay in enduring images forms;

songs unsung may echo eternally in wells of silence
seen from deep well depths stars shine in daytime sunshine
but not on dismal grey overcast cloudy rainy days
