Trapped

i run away from my fears
the cries subside
for i've bled my tears
I don't talk for I'm
lost in a dream
and you don't hear
my silent screams
they lie muffled
hidden under my sleeves
my one true friend
who'd never leave me
I get lost in the stars
for they're all I see
trapped behind bars
how else can I be
