Who is it still left baffled,
By truth to have it trashed.
As an ignorance preferred to have,
Has become more prioritized.
With a distracting of entertaining,
The presence of a pandemic.
To have it laugh at with turning backs.
Disregarding lessons,
Taught from the past to teach.
Although not one kept to keep learned.
Who is it still baffled,
That the rise of deception...
Has for many become their way of life.
As lies to tell them,
Are today more trusted to accept and believe.
Than the reality of a virus.
Not promising to threaten.
But has left death on doorsteps.
Done to have this witnessed.
Yet dismissed to disbelieve to leave.
