Troublesome Forty [0- 2, Innaa Naarpadhu In Tamil] Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Troublesome Forty [0- 2, Innaa Naarpadhu In Tamil]

0. Worshipping not the feet of the triple-eyed God, Siva brings misery.
Praying not to the palm-flag bearing Lord Balrama gives grief.
Distress troubles if one forgets Lord Thirumal.
Worshipping not the handsome feet of Lord Muruga will give anguish.

1. A beautiful house without visiting relations gives agony.
The beauty of a fatherless child grieves.
Feeding at the house of an ascetic is painful.
The hidden language of the mystical verses gives grief.

3. The entry of dogs and hens into a seer's house gives distress.
An unshackled wife gives pain to her husband.
Wearing a saree sans divisions gives anguish to a woman.
If the king fails to protect his people, his country gives trouble.
