True To Their Vocation Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

True To Their Vocation

Rating: 5.0

A doctor would duly weigh
The truth of strife ere prescribe,

A spiritual master that walks
On the edge of knife would proscribe,

From facts and dopes given
A journalist would scribe,

A politician alien to
The power of truth would bribe,

An author would visualize
The truth of life to describe,

A poet would ponder
And go by his heart-felt vibe,

With the tricks true of their trade
Each tries to do proud its tribe.
