Truth Poem by Sina Farajzadeh

Truth

Rating: 4.5

To A Fair Lady, in an unfair world,
To her beautiful eyes I dedicate these lines.

Your eyes were once belonged to someone else
And I was craving to see your glance at me
“Go”, “dare”, “say” are the words which my heart tells
But my fortune is gone by now, while you and I are not really “we”
You were in thoughts of the others
While I thought I was better than those brothers
The time passed and you became a memory,
I am now living in dreams of you in my death ceremony.
Beauty is truth, yes you are truth, don’t play, and don’t act,
I believe truth is something bitter, Cruelty is the fact
God sees the Cruelty but He doesn’t care
That’s why there is no justice… It’s not fair.
