Truth - Poem by Zoe SEM

Down a misty road
Not a glimmer of sound
Not even a toad
On the way to the pound

When we entered
No idea what I was to face
No glimmer of silence
In the entire place

So pany puppies neglected
It's always so sad
To see the true world
It makes me mad

To find that when
There's no blindfold
There's just an absence
The truth in the world
