One session in,
You will not feel better tomorrow
2. You will not feel better the next day
3. think of your brain like a cluttered box
of sharp objects that poke and prod
sharp shit is sharp and it will hurt you:
this box is going to be hard to sort through
4. some days, the contents will not lie flat
and I'll feel blades and pins like daggers all day
maybe I'll bleed through another shirt
