In the dance of life, we shift and drift,
two aspects of humans, a constant rift
ever-changing, we adapt and grow
In the ebb and flow, our spirits glow
we shift our perspectives, we drift in thought
In the realm of change, we're never caught
embracing the journey, we learn and thrive
In the rhythm of life, we truly arrive
through the storms and the calm, we persist
In the balance of life, we coexist
with each shift and drift, we find our way
In the journey of life, we'll always sway.
