Two Cowboys Poem by Dorsey Baker

Two Cowboys

The crowd was watching
As two cowboys stepped out
Into the street to have a gunfight.
One cowboy wore a white hat
And the other cowboy
wore a black hat.

The cowboy in the black hat
Drew his gun first.
But the cowboy in the white hat
Drew his gun
And shot the cowboy in the
Black hat dead.
The gunfight was over.
And as the saying goes.
The best man won!
