Don't lose your brotherhood
don't keep fighting with each other anymore;
those soldiers across the borders
are your own brothers by lineage and origin;
you have been together in celebrations
you have been together in festivities
you have been together in faith
you have been together in fraternity.
Don't lose your brotherhood now
you are ignoring your own prodigies
you are ignoring your own generations:
the generations that have alighted
from your own lineage, from your own past;
you are blood bathing them,
you are immersing them in brutality
your unkindness has been so concentrated now
when you have been kind to each other in the past.
Don't lose your brotherhood now
why should you involve yourselves in hatred
why should you kill each other
when those generations have evolved
from your own heredity
from your own culture and religion
from your own predecessors;
how will you forgive yourselves for their destruction?
have mercy, have mercy on own your brotherhood.
