Unadmitted Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Unadmitted

When nothing more can be said,
To those who won't listen.
Don't want to and incapable of it.
Yet want to tell others,
What they do.
When they did it.
What they mean when they say it.
And where it was done.
For reasons to satisfy,
Whatever it is they want to accept.
And in their own unhealthy minds,
To have themselves believe.
That time has arrived,
For the leaving of people like this...
A-lone.
Oh yes.
Know that something is going on,
Unadmitted by someone like this to face.
To allow it to continue.
After being told repeatedly,
Thoughts to have one has...
Should not be there doing it,
To live rent free.
Then to eat up,
All what is left of truth there is to find.
If this is not noticeable to acknowledge,
By those claiming to be relatives and friends.
And devoted Christians in churches one attends.
That time has arrived,
For the leaving of people like this...
A-lone.
Doing it respectfully before exiting permanently!
