Unchanged Poem by Dee Geyrozaga

Unchanged

I am still me.
Uninspired for quite a while,
So I wandered through the haze,
In search for words that softly blaze.
To feel them once more. Weave them,
And rediscover the magic of poetry again.
I am still me. Not broken.
With spirit unyielding.
Though trials have struck, storms have blown.
My scars may tell tales of battle fought.
Reminders of the strength I've sought.
