Under The Covers 6 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Come and join me under the covers,
snuggle tightly holding each other.
I'll keep the window open a little
so we need to and can hold each other that much tighter.
Not that we need an excuse to get
as close as we can to each other.
Come and let's slip under the covers
talking and laughing telling jokes and stories,
just passing the time having fun with each other.
Stay up the whole night enjoying our time
reveling in the love and bond that we share together.
All the while just staying under the covers.
Come and join me under the covers where we can
at last be with each other feeling our warmth,
sharing our love side by side at last.
Being with the woman I love forever and ever,
knowing this dream has come true and there's
no looking back because you'll always be my woman,
I love you so much Kira my Angel.
