Under The Moonbeam Poem by Marina Zerdali

Under The Moonbeam

Rating: 5.0

Under the moonbeam
I feel like the snake
ready to shed my skin away
I feel like the caterpillar
ready to get out from my cocoon
like a butterfly too soon

Ready to fly to the unknown
Ready to fly into the cyclone
Ready never to be on my own
Ready never to be just a firestone

I smell the change of my vibrations
changes, life's marvelous donations
full of adventure, serenity and vexations
I smell my new life's regulations

I feel like the snake
ready to shed my skin away
I feel like the caterpillar
ready to get out from my cocoon
like a butterfly too soon

I feel trapedof fate's choises
I feel free of universe's stream
and I stand still, grateful under the moonbeam.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I wrote this poem when in need of relief in front of the coming changes. Changes can be so terryfing and at the same time they may liberate us from a prison we did not know we where.
what is this moonbean that can relief us? when changes are coming to our life do we change too? why change is so obvious in nature? so many questions with many answers! i would love to hear some of your answers! ! !

Managing change is very important in life. Living in the past is terrible. So, it is necessary to shed our skin like a snake and move on. Or manage the metamorphosis, shedding our cocoons and get our wings. It needs to be a new life. Lovely poem. Five stars.
