Unrecoverable Embarrassment Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Unrecoverable Embarrassment

No one should ever accept it to believe,
Treating another disrespectfully to demean.
Will keep them remembering,
Where they came from.
Especially if it is a place,
They had not left to discover success.
With this to do,
To toil through obstacles.
And negativity on a daily basis,
From those who express this...
Done to someone to forgive but not forget.
Since it will be the ones,
Cementing their ignorance done to have fun.
Suffering from a bout of unrecoverable embarrassment.
When that time comes for them to find,
Treating others with their B.S.
Is not a smell they have left,
To go undetected.
Not for someone to always remember it.
The when. The where and the how,
It was unnecessarily dropped to lay.
In an unforgettable movement made.
Staying that way remembered.

"Trust me,
Forgiveness is always on my mind.
And it is the remembering,
God has blessed me to find.
Never to forget.
What is in my mind to stay to sit.
As if there cemented.
With you to thank,
For your assistance and commitment...
To remain unchanged.
Hoping I stay blessed.
Like God has proven,
For me to prove.
In ways to show this He will do."
