Unthought Ideas Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Unthought Ideas

Wordless, staring into space, wonderment fills the air.
Startled into a silent reverie, thoughts worm and jiggle about.
Fortitude sits idly as fear and uncertainty cloud the
skies.
Hands slapping at unthought ideas like mosquitoes being
stung by bees.
Majorities of minds are filled with emptiness brought
on by unthinking friends.
Wanting to reach a friend's heart - help him to see
that life needs to be lived, not kept in a tightly
screwed jar.
Liveliness dies within everyone once wonder and
curiosity have been effectively killed.
Wordless, staring emptily in space, all truth has been surrounded and buried deep beneath the earth.
