Unwritten Pages Poem by Bhavika Jain

Unwritten Pages

Rating: 5.0

Blue pen ready to fill in,
Those empty white pages.
Mind with infinite thoughts,
Ready to fly through these cages.

Letter by letter, word by word,
Whiteness turns into deep blue.
Second by second, minute by minute,
Black lines cut through.

Tempted to write something, -
Something very beautiful.
But as the time passes by,
Temptation leads to nothing.

In the starting there were ideas, -
Ideas jumping in the mind.
In the end, everything was empty,
No thoughts and no lines.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This was the first poem when I realized, I have the potential to write. I wrote from the time I was eight, but I never had the satisfaction that I wrote great poems. So when, I was twelve, frustrated by not writing anything beautiful and looking at the unbeautifully written pages, this is what came out of my heart.
If you want to read such more poems as my writing way has changed and you are on instagram. You should follow @bjcreations09. It's a page of my poetry made by my friend, Soumya. She types my poems there.

Mind with infinite thoughts, Ready to fly through these cages..Termptation to write, is it not wonderful to have temptation to write....... let yourself get tempted to write. writing comes from inspiration from God. you are a selected angel of God-. God wants you to write. ideas jumping in the mind. first thing is to get rid of the fear to write....... what will others think. just dont think what others would think. stop that. and get tempted to write by your writing angel in you.

As I have told in the comments box, it was somehow my first poem which me mad about writing. Probably this is not what I want to achieve. I am definitely over this temptation thing. Thank u so much for commenting, teaching and advicing.
