Us Two Poem by Randy McClave

Us Two

You still wear my clothes
You still smell me with your nose,
I'm not there, just a remembrance in the air
As you watch my movies and my shows.

You look at your watch upon your wrist
You think of the minutes that we missed,
As the seconds tick, your heart is sick
You remembered our last times kissed.

You hear my music in your ears
They wipe away your sadness and fears,
The music was from me, to set your soul free
Your mind clears.

I am always and will always be a part of you
Especially when you are sad and blue,
You are never alone, each other we have known
It will always be us two.
