Varietals Poem by Dean Meredith

Varietals

I like all kinds
Of flowers
From fresh little daisies
To thorny old roses
The young ones
And their sweet
Honey dew
The old ones
With their musk
And lavender blue
But dab in the middle
Glow my nemeseeds
Those edgy wild violets
So much like you
