Vestiges Of Tomorrow's Silence Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Vestiges Of Tomorrow's Silence

Leaning back in a rocking chair, time moving past, not
wanting to know or learn anything, just standing still
and practicing notes and tempos.

Life proclaiming it's living in vestiges of tomorrow's
silence, never able to remember what's been lost in this
tiny space of life, alone.
