Victims Of Passion Poem by Dorsey Baker

Victims Of Passion

Rating: 4.8

Bickering
they make an ugly sound
you hear them
in the back of your mind
you beg them to stop
Their frosty voices
speak icy words
loud like a rifle shot
chaos and
turmoil within themselves
trying to express love
without knowing
its true meaning
they become slaves
to their emotions
and lose control
of rationality
poor examples
of proper conduct
lowering themselves down
to the level of animals
having a confused sense
of morality
victims of passion
burn themselves
down to ashes!

Craving too much for anything, however much passionate it is will certainly bring in sorrow, at the end. Excellent thinking. Thanks for sharing. x
