Victory Poem by Sankhajit Bhattacharjee

The waves are striking the shore with huge force,
with loud noise proclaiming their victory.
I'm standing on the shore,
staring at the victorious waves.
The waves originate in my inner core too,
telling me- victory will shine like the golden sun
in my life, work and career.
I look at the waves outside,
feel them from inside-
they are attacking and breaking my ribs.
My inner core merges with the ocean waves.
Victory becomes the sole goal.
